First, I applied online. The next day, I had a phone call to schedule a phone interview. Then I did the phone interview. After this, I had an evaluation for every language I speak. 3 weeks later, I received an invitation for a 2F2 interview. Telephone interview was short in English and French short questions common sense questions some were personality questions others were employer - passenger related questions. It was not too difficult
A lot of practicing was not needed but helpful to calm down the nerves
