Interview
It's pretty straightforward in terms of questions. There are three parts; one to check your fluency, another with formal interview questions and the last is a written component. I've been through the first two and it was easy for the most part.
The progress was lengthy. I had 2 interviews excluding the phone one. It took a while before I got a call back to get a response. The benefits seem nice though.
I passed 5 interviews (4 for each language}
The general one was long and they asked me some treaky questions.
At the end, they explained to me all about the position and they gave me the opportunity to asked them questions.
