Initial online interview OK. Then they asked to attend a 'Typing Test' at The Hangar at Calgary Airport. Lots of people turn up in line to do the test. Except when you sit down they hand you a sheet of paper with a complaint letter from a customer asking you to respond. Then you're to take 2, 5 minute typing tests. One is words and the other numbers. The woman overseeing it who says any problems to see her - she disappears into a back room. The test would not load so I needed to go and find her then it loaded and the clock starts ticking before you have even had this person clarify your understanding of what you need to do. Asked to re-take and woman was not happy to allow. Says I can and then gives no guarantee that they will take the 2nd attempts score. Get rejected 2 days later so assume they took the first attempt. Email them to complain about the process and they tell me they are not required to give any feedback at all despite highlighting the unfair process . They won't even let you know what score you need to get from the test to be successful i,e, how many words per minute with what level of accuracy. All in all I would avoid - they pay peanuts as well. I get the impression you're just a number and not really a valued member of staff.
