Interview
Applied online got a phone call on October 22 asked normal questions then she said someone from HR will interview for language test on Friday. It was simple questions about 15 minutes. He said I passed 2 days later got pre selected evaluation test. There were 135 questions and you have one hour( math, numbers, luggage tag, geography, reading, services )
Benn told I will have to wait for a week to know results!!
It was very pleasant experience :)

Interview
After applying for the position, I got a phone call for the phone interview, and then I went through two language tests. Finally I was offered a chance to have the final face-to-face interview, which I didn't finish yet.

The 1st phone interview: Experiences that you had to deal with angry customers and experiences that you voluntarily helped someone who was very busy at work
Many stages. From initial application there was a telephone interview, language tests, and an in-person interview before the job offer was presented. The interview questions were largely situational to try to gauge how you would react in certain situations.

Interview
Applied online, then the next day received email to complete a video interview online. A couple days later did a phone interview asking some general behavioural questions, a week later did a language test over the phone in two different languages. Few weeks later had an in person interview, then waited about two-three months before got offered the job
