The hiring process was very simple at air canada. The interviewer was friendly and mostly ask you behavior questions.
My first call was from the interviewer based in Montreal and then I was invited for a video interview. Last interview will be a 1 on 1 session.

Tell me why do you want to work for Air Canada?
The progress was lengthy. I had 2 interviews excluding the phone one. It took a while before I got a call back to get a response. The benefits seem nice though.
I passed 5 interviews (4 for each language}
The general one was long and they asked me some treaky questions.
At the end, they explained to me all about the position and they gave me the opportunity to asked them questions.
