Process was straight forward and questions were relevant and appropriate. Interviewer was respectful and easy to talk to (Not intimidating at all). Questions were merely related to Customer Service, individual experiences with bad and unruly customers.

A recorded video interview as a first assessment. Next was a live video interview that took about 25 minutes. Finally, an in-person interview/skill assessment. Overall it was not too difficult nor complicated, and you could redo your recording once.
