First you have to pass an online test/video interview. just some basic questions then if you are selected for the next step, they will contact you. For the face to face interview, HR is quite nice. you have to answer some basic questions regarding your self and previous experience, education etc...

Interview
First interview was a short brief phone interview - reviewing basic background information, if you are applying for bilingual position, the phone interview will be done in other language. Then the second interview was in person about 20 mins long. Very straight forward average interview.
