Interview
Very simple experience. Started with a phone interview then was invited to in come interview in person. Questions were pretty basic customer service questions. I ended up taking a different job because the drive was a little far for myself.

Question 1
Explain a time when a customer was upset and how you handled the situation.
The progress was lengthy. I had 2 interviews excluding the phone one. It took a while before I got a call back to get a response. The benefits seem nice though.
I passed 5 interviews (4 for each language}
The general one was long and they asked me some treaky questions.
At the end, they explained to me all about the position and they gave me the opportunity to asked them questions.
