It was very easy process.
I had an video interview. The questions asked were mostly situation based and related to previous job. 2 days after, I had language test. They sent me job offer within a week after the interview.

Easy! Applied on January 2018, first hoy a phone interview after 2 weeks, 2 days later after my phone interview they schedule 2 language test. A month later received an invitation for an face to face interview. The face to face interview was just for about 15 minutes, asking questions about your preview experience, just to know how you handle situation with customers. Friendly environment!

Simple. Phone screen. Language assessments. In person interview and then followed by an online skill assessment. Total time took less than 1 week from applying to interviewing. Awaiting response.

I interviewed at Vancouver, British Columbia. The interview process includes initial phone interview, language test through phone and in person interview. The process took about 3 weeks. The interview took place at the hotel near the airport and lasted for around 30 minutes.
