I applied online. I interviewed at Air Canada (Montreal, QC) in Mar 2018
Interview
Applied online through Air Canada website. Then received an email from the company to have a video interview. Didn't do it due to technical problems but still got called 2 days after to get a short telephone interview. After one day got scheduled for a language assessment through telephone and in-person interview. The interviewers were very nice and professional. Last step was an online 45 min test about personalities, math and language (english). Few days after interview got an offer from the recruiter team.

Question 1
Weakness, Strength, How do you handle problems from your past jobs and life experiences? Why did you apply for this position?
It was almost three years ago, so I could be wrong and things could be different now. But if I am correct, there was online questionnaire and video interview before the phone call. I managed to get the phone call but what was unfortunate was, I didn't have PR card back then, and as soon as I said I only had work permit, the interview ended. It was permanent part time position.
