I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Air Canada
Interview
Called the number on their initial email invitation for an interview, spoke with a rep , was asked a few questions related to job description, and made appointment for the 3 language test interviews which were done over the phone ( regular conversations not related to job description, most of the dialogue was about myself ) then I received an email invitation to do an online video interview ( Hirevue ) with some yes and no questions and about 5 or 6 video recording answers where you read the question and you have 30 seconds to prepare for what you will be answering before the recording starts. I advise to do as many practise video answers that Hirevue offers prior to the actual interview, it will help you relax and correct any issues you may see in your practice recording , however the practice questions are not the actual questions you will have to answer in the interview. After I completed my online video interview I received a call the next day from an Air Canada rep who scheduled me for my final face to face interview
The progress was lengthy. I had 2 interviews excluding the phone one. It took a while before I got a call back to get a response. The benefits seem nice though.
I passed 5 interviews (4 for each language}
The general one was long and they asked me some treaky questions.
At the end, they explained to me all about the position and they gave me the opportunity to asked them questions.
