      General Manager Sales Interview

      Jun 12, 2017
      Anonymous employee
      Mississauga, ON
      Accepted offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Air Canada (Mississauga, ON) in Aug 2016

      Interview

I knew there was an opening at Air Canada Vacations so I sent an email to the senior manager and he invited me to send my resume. HR contacted me and we had a conversation about the role and my expectations. Then they called me to schedule an interview at the Mississauga office. Then a couple of days later, they asked for a second interview at the Montreal office. After that, the salary and benefits negotiation with HR started and last at least two weeks and all communication was done by emails.
