1. Phone interview: Questions about customer service experiences (it was on the spot)
2. Online personality test: Just be honest
3. Face-to-face: General interview questions + 1 customer service role-play with the interviewer
4. Language assessments (phone): Questions about what job you applied for, why you'd be good at the job, how to deal with difficult customers, hobbies
