The entire process was kind and pleasant, creating a comfortable environment to discuss my background. The questions were highly relevant to the role and the company's domain, and the timeline was handled very effectively. I was impressed by the team's professionalism.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Aidoc in Feb 2025
Interview
The hiring process was straightforward and included multiple technical interviews. The overall approach was very professional, and the interviewers were respectful and had a great attitude. The technical questions on refactoring and design were relatively easy and clear. I assume in the final interview, the architect felt that my design demo did not fully meet their expectations, thus no offer, came somewhat unexpected for me. Felt like lose-lose outcome.
Worth noting that the company is building a life-saving solutions, which definitely makes the work meaningful and impactful.
