First I had a phone screen, followed by an in-person interview with multiple people in 3 different groups over 3 hours. That was also followed by a final phone call with the UX director.

1st phase: Walk through of a few case studies and recent work
2nd phase: Round of questions with other UX designers around the kind of work I preferred, why I wanted to work there, and a bit more detail on the day-to-day setup of teams there
3rd phase: interview with UX managers on what my design thinking was around UX, and also in light of my past work.
4th phase: phonecall with UX director

To a in person interview in Quincy . I waited for 15 mins before seeing the interviewer . It was actually chill . I think the guy just had a long day and didn’t really feel like doing the interview .
