After you passed a screening call with a recruiter, you had to pass assessments before interviewing with a hiring manager. It was a good experience but I did not pass the interview since he looked for someone who has more tech background about API and connectivity.

incredible inconsiderate and wasteful process. Recruiter told me that i was being accelerated into the the hiring manager round, Got forwarded a bunch of tests and admin to do with no upfront warning on deadlines. I had to cancel my plans on the weekend just to push through it, only for the recruiter to ghost me for close to a week before informing me that they are passing over my profile - This was because my requests for a deadline delayed were IGNORED by the recruiter.
Have some human decency to be upfront and efficient with your communication if you are imposing unrealistic, uncommunicated deadlines to your applicants.

Interview
The Interview process was three parts, one round was with HR overseas representative, then an assessment round and if you clear that, than a final 1 hour video call with the team manager. The interviewers were pretty polite and made sure you are comfortable all through, gave enough time to think over the situational questions. Prepare well as they request you to give real life examples/situations you faced, if you have situations ready you wont be thinking for longer!
