i applied for a position and was contacted by a recruiter after 1 week of my application, then she asked me 4 questions regarding experiences and how i will handle the related work with agoda. afterwards she got back to me to schedule a meeting with the marketing director. so i prepared a lot for the interview that was supposed to have with this marketing director, however the marketing director called me in a very casual way without saying or asking anything, which quite disappointed me. he only explained that the position i applied is a management level or something, asked if i'm willing to be a part of team. blabla... so i said fine and it moved on. He asked me to do an online test, which includes numerical, logical, deductive reasoning, personality test, total took me at least 3 hours.
So afterwards, I also have to finish an excel test which includes a lot too, i dont want to mention anymore. well, i did not do the tests well and it's a stupid way to evaludate candidates in my opinion.
obviously they rejected me with the reason that i failed the tests and it did not reach their bench mark.
