Agoda interview questions

2 online tests, 1 call interview with the HR 2 Skype interview. Average questions, previous experience, why did you apply, what are your strength/weaknesses, one role play during the second interview. My last interview was really bad, i had the feeling they didn't want to hire me from before, the lady was rough. I failed the last interview. They sent me an email saying that I am not matching the requirements. I have many years of successful experience in this role, so I would like to know the real reason in order to grow professionally,but they refused to tell me.

Was recommended, presumably, by a client of mine for a role that would help with internal recruitment in Asia. Actual meeting was very pleasant but then having conducted the online tests they have I got absolutely no feedback. Just complete silence. I think this is the worst a company can do - will ensure I never recommend this company again. Feedback should be a given regardless of the result.
