Questions on resume , work experience ,job requirements , subject knowledge, domain knowledge, three round of interviews, about educational background, understanding of market amd its concepts and management, stress interview, I was asked about how dedicated i am towards the job

Average interview. Really liked most of interviews, but one, behaved, like he had some prepossessions. They have huge open spaces, with a ton of people there, really small amount of space, at least for me. They have oncall phone, which rotates between all developers , this is kind ok practice, but they do not provide double rates - like others do. Only one of interviewers asked architecture question - which i liked, others asked standard question. Didn't like that they said, that their products almost not covered with tests. But at interview - were a lot of talking, how tests are important. They have fixed hours, and no remote. Have some separate pool of days for conferences - didn't get how this works.
