Agoda interview questions

I had applied for another Senior Manager role but the recruiter advised that they had already found someone else. However, they shared an equivalent role in another department which was a good fit so I was interested. Prior to any interview, all candidates must pass a 2-hour aptitude test (logic, deductive reasoning, math, and reading comprehension). After completing the test, I had to send 2 chasers to the recruiter to get status. Eventually, I was scheduled into an interview with the hiring manager. After that, I had yet again to chase the recruiter. I received zero responses to my emails and 2 months had already gone by. I suspected that they had decided on another candidate so, out of professional courtesy, I emailed both the recruiter and the hiring manager to advise that I was withdrawing. The hiring manager responded to me within 5 minutes confirming my thoughts, One would think that their recruiters would behave with more professionalism especially in consideration of the fact we must allocate 2 hours of our time to do their test.
