Interview
At first I was very delighted as just 1 day after my application I was contacted and was asked if I could meet the Director leading the department in my current place of living (as he was on visit). I couldn't as I was on a business trip but just 2 days later I had a phone interview with the recruiter and 1 day later with the Director which went actually very well (at least so the in-interview feedback).
1 week later I learned that I am not progressing to the next stage and was left with zero clue why. No return message, nothing just a generic "thanks but no, maybe in the future".
If this is how this company treats its employees, no wonder they have a high fluctuation.

The Hiring Manager is really helpful. Manage to reach the final stage ( phone interview with the Regional Manager for Asia Pacific). Even though I didn't get the offer, I'm grateful since the RM gave a very constructive feedback regarding my strength and shortcomings

Interview
The first interview was done via skype. Recruiter asked very standard questions such as the reason for my application, what my plans are for the future etc. The 2nd interview was done with 2 company members and 3 other interviewees(4 including myself). It was a pretty casual setting, and I was made to feel very comfortable.
