Interview
1) Online test - really easy task, no any coding, just need to choose the right options
2) Remote tech interview - based questions about language and according tools, not very hard
3) Remote interview with manager - questions about motivation and leadership
4) Test task - you need fix the existing app, very strange task for Senior position.
5) Inviting to the office and 3 tech interview in the office f2f - questions about software skills and algorithms.
The last stage was really cold - I received email with "no-replay" and just general reject :), really disappointed when I spend so much time and had 10h flight for the interview.

Interview
First process is an online test that just confirms you can read and understand what a hotel may ask.
Then when you are called into the office your give a tour and a brief breakdown on the background of the company.
Then you will have a one on one with the Site manager who will ask questions on your experience and what the company offers.

Interview
I was told being shortlisted and asked to complete an online test which was 2.5 hours long at a stretch and quite exhaustive like a semi version of a GRE/GMAT. I felt it was unnecessary to put candidates to do this test prior to finding the mutual fit as in explain the position and find out if candidate is interested/fit for the opportunity. It's a complete waste of time for candidates without knowing if they have been seriously considered or just doing some HR assignment. HR also doesn't provide any feedback or test result post doing this test which is even more annoying, specially when one spends so much time and energy in writing such test.
