Agoda interview questions

The interview process was quick and swift. They were very clear and orderly. I just didn't have the experience they needed to tackle the responsibilities of this role. Overall, it was a great learning experience and meeting the team.

Don't waste your time in this interview. Interview process is well organized , but people working there are not competent enough to hear anything they don't know. Also , even if you pass the first round , in second round , which is supposed to be the technical round , they don't have the feedback of the first interviewer and ask the behavioral questions for time pass . At the end , you will get a mail stating that , you are not selected . My advice to upper management would be to record the interviews and see whats happening in the process since this is the sole reason , why they are not able to select candidates even after 6 months of struggle (as interviewers might say).
