Series of open questions -about specific experiences where the interviewer will try to deep dive and get what have been candidate's actual impact.
Questions will range about business impact / management (coaching / performance management) / data analytics / sales strategy / experimentation ...
The first part was a HackerRank 60 min test.
It had 14 selection questions and 3 programming exercises.
The programming languages available in the editor were

and the autocompletion was disabled.

The first 14 questions were about
* Basic data structures
* Basic SQL queries
* HTTP methods and status codes in REST
* Basic algorithm complexity
* Web browser behavior
* Mid-level JS
Interview is selective and multi staged to filter candidates according to skills, it is beneficial to select the most fitting candidates however challenging it might seems for some candidates but interesting for others.
