The whole process was smooth and organised. The recruiter guided me through every step of the way. Making sure I was reminded of the next steps. Results for each interview step came right away as well. Interview with the director level was very relaxed, more like a chat. Interview with the senior manager was more challenging. Asked about on the spot computations and strategic questions.

Interview

Recieved an email within 2 days of applying and was asked to chose time as per my availability. Interview tool place on the selected time and the interviewer was very clear in explaining about about the company and job role. There were no unnecessary questions asked. I also got an email withing a week that I wasn't selected for the role I applied for.

Skype call with the HR, followed by another call to check the language skills for a bilingual position, lastly two tasks to finish as "homework". I would say it is rather an informal and an average difficulty process.
