All were good except for the last round. The interviewer seemed unwilling to be at the interview; late and disinterested. Wasn't sure of the purpose of the fifth round. After 5 rounds, company went silent and had to request for updates

I had a referral from a friend. The interview process was smooth. The first round was a technical Coderpad round. It was followed by a tech home assignment/project. I did not advance to further rounds.

Interview
The first assessment after I have submitted my resume was an English written assessment. It was really easy if you have experience in this field. Then, it was a short phone call with the HR, explaining what was the job all about, the expected salary and briefly explaining the job scope. Once that was done, they will call back and set another videocall interview (this was done during quarantine) and it was a short 40 minutes call. Mainly asking our previous experience as a Customer Service Representative. Overall a very laid-back and chilled interview as everyone was really really nice. I'm currently working with Agoda on my 4th month.
