I applied through the website. I got no answer, then after a couple of months I received an email with an already scheduled interview in two days. I replied that it would have not been possible for me, so after two days I received an email with another scheduled interview in 5 days early in the morning. No other contact with the hiring manager, no information about the company was provided, no information about the hiring process was provided, no other information about me was asked, no interview process tips/clarifications were made.
It was a 2 rounds interview with two tech guys. There were *hard* problems in understanding each other due to the non always adeguate internet connection and often a substandard english level.
