The whole recruitment process was smooth and clear. There were quite a few steps to go through (a 3 hour translation test, and 4 following interviews) and unfortunately I didn't pass the very last interview. The interviewers were all friendly and welcoming and the questions were relevant to the job.
Only con: the process was really long as it lasted around 2 months and until the end of it of course you feel somehow suspended, I just wish it had been shorter.
