I didn't get the job, but the interview was so good, no pressure, no rush. They just let us introduce ourselves and talk about work descriptions and other things. I apply for the Chinese language-related position, so there was a Chinese test, it was a bit hard, so prepare yourself well.

Interview
The whole process took one week.
First round: Phone interview (Last around 15-20 minutes, self intro and why choosing Agoda).
Second round: Typing test (Around 30 mins)
Both English and Chinese typing test (Just testing your typing speed).
Email Etiquette test (English)
Translation test (Chinese)
Final round: Hiring manager interview
Self introduction and many questions revolving around customer service. This round's interview requires you to transist between 3 languages (English, Chinese and Cantonese).
Roleplay session: How you handle a customer's complaint. (Don't panic and keep calm, you have additional tips and help)
You will have a Q&A sessions at the end. Ask questions about your role or organization if you are curious, don't waste this chance to get the insights.

Interview
Review CV, then assessment test by SHL. Mostly scheduling and percentages. If you pass:
2 rounds of interviews, with 4 people in total, an hour each. 2 people per round, one by one, an hour each.
