You’ll be sent an assessment quiz which to say the least could leave you feeling confused and anxious if you’re applying for a role or a psych evaluation of your IQ, this was especially on general ability & personality based. The personality question portion was quite alarming as it was bringing up picks of what may seem like a toxic work environment and didn’t leave a good lasting impression. Some of the questions in the assessment quiz needs to be updated.

Applied via web, contacted less than 1 week later for aptitude test (online). Got the first interview with director 3 days after completing the test followed by another interview with the country manager 1 week after the previous interview. The offer came 2 days after the final interview.
