Agoda interview questions

Total 3 rounds, the 1st round is assessments, 2nd is interview with recruiter and 3rd with hiring manager. The hiring manager ask some general questions and expecting some super creative answers

After passing the SHL assessment, the interview process consisted of four rounds. There were two interviews with the hiring manager, where I was required to prepare and present product or feature recommendations, focusing on problem-solving, data usage, and operational impact. One round was a technical interview covering math, SQL, and Python to assess analytical and technical skills. The final round was with a director and was mostly behavioral, focusing on past experiences, communication, and cultural fit.
