Agoda interview questions

1:1 phone screen, 2 hackerrank pair programming. HR did not confirm with hiring team that I would jot be able to relocate and led me on to give the interviews. I explicitly refused to go for offer discussions due to this sole reason. Anyone who wants to move to a new country, try for Bangkok. I have worked with Agoda employees at my previous org so I can easily say if you are good at public speaking, it is easy to survive in this firm. Word of advice to people seeking a job: Do not expect any growth on your tech skills though money would be good. Word of advice to Recruitment team: Don’t waste weeks of a candidates’ time if you are unsure about an opportunity being remote. Also improve your communication skills so that you do not lead on candidates into interviews just for the sake of hitting any internal target interview numbers. This entire process was an absolute waste of 3 weeks of my time.
