Aerotek interview questions

Multiple stage process, phone screening, in person half day interview (meet everyone in the office, spend 15 minutes with a few different people, do a sit down 2 person interview with two of the managers, and then close with a 1 on 1 with the office manager, follow up virtual interviews/ phone calls. Can take 2-3 weeks.

It was very simple, they just wanted to make sure that you meet the job description. Once they verified that you met the job description they had you contact the field representative to get the jobsite address.
