I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Aerotek (Loveland, CO) in Nov 2010
Interview
An internal recruiter from Aerotek contacted me saying they'd found my resume online and inquired if I was interested in a job; I said yes and we scheduled a phone interview. After the 30 minute phone interview, the internal recruiter asked if I was still interested; I said yes and the Loveland office contacted me two business days later. We scheduled an in-person interview for that week. It was a three hour interview with four different individuals. They said to call them the next business day and I did and got an offer!
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Aerotek (Fort Wayne, IN) in Oct 2010
Interview
It is a long and strenuous process. A lot of behavioral questions. I am still waiting to hear back whether or not I get the job. But the starting pay really sucks and so do the hours.
