Aegis Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

The entire hiring process happened within the day. I walked in after seeing a Craigslist posting, filled out the application, took a typing and comprehension test and had two interviews, and was hired on the spot.

They really only screen your for their basic requirements. They are ALWAYS taking applications, even when not hiring, so don't count on getting a job even if the process seems to go well. I was called back 8 moths after applying and just so happened to need a job at that time.
