Mostly they start with a group interview. explain what this job is all about and run through some basic interview questions. Don't worry about standing out as they will just hire you anyways. People are constantly leaving this place. As long as u get a call and u land the interview congratulations you are in. All you need is basic speaking skills and typing skills.
