Interview
The interview process was pretty easy. There was a few computer testings, which was simple. The late in the front office escorted me the the computer lab testing section, once the testing was over then they advised they would call me.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
There really wasn't anything that was difficult in the testing.
The process was quite straightforward, involving an initial phone screening with a recruiter followed by one in-person interview with the hiring manager. The questions were mostly behavioral and easy to answer, focusing on past experiences using the STAR method. However, I was disappointed with the compensation offered; the salary was significantly lower than the industry average for this role, and there was little room for negotiation. This lack of a competitive offer was the main reason I decided not to move forward with the opportunity,
despite enjoying the seamless interview process.
The hiring process was organized. Just the typical or common interview questions. So make sure to practice and practice. You can let someone ask you the questions so you will get used to it.
