There are 3 rounds interview. 1st HR round where they are asking about you and your goal and after that they are saying to read a passage and translate it. 2nd ops round where ops team are asking some questions like how do you spend your last day or any other topic. 3rd online test & typing where you need to answere some basic questions on the base of given passage and basic computer knowledge & typing speed must be 20w/m

HR interview , chat round will also be done where your typing speed should be measured , if you have 30 word per minute then its good chance to clear that round . then versant round where you will be tested how quick you can catch a voice and answer that . you have to write what you just listened. then final Client round and you are hired
