Aegis Customer Support interview questions

Interview process is not good at all. They were not taking interview and talking with each other internally. I know name also but i don't want to declare. I reached at 1 pm and i entered all data in system and I have given resume to hr. But they kept somewhere else aside. For 2 hours they didn't tell anything. At last I asked and found that resume kept aside only. At last they have taken 1st round and told we have opening with Kannada and English and you don't know Kannada. So sorry you are not eligible. And ha interviewer I have give my introduction with all details and again she asked do you have any experience? What is this ? They are not concentration on answer. This is my experience so share with you people.
