Aegis Customer Service Representative interview questions

I came in and did an interview. Got a call back and came back in and did a simple computer testing over microsoft office. Did drug cheek swab, training began later that week in a class of about 40. Training continue for about a month and was paid and then we were put on the call floor with a 2 week probationary period where it was okay if you screwed up as long as you didnt have a nervous breakdown on someone. Many people quit during this 2 week period.

At first there was a telephone interview. After that was an in person interview with a follow-up call. Then came the testing and finally the job offer. There is a drug test and a typing test. Moderate skill will suffice. Computer skills test. Two weeks paid training. Knowledgeable managers. Modern work environment. I hope you like noise. You buy your own headphones.
