AdventHealth Corporate interview questions

They called me 1 hour after I applied, send me a form which needed to be completed and scheduled an interview for the next day. The problem was that they asked me for 49 ponds for DBS check, which usually costs around 20 and also to make a full week training for free. They knew I have experience in the healthcare system and were willing to offer me to pay that money on tranches, but it was insane. I wanted to work part-time, how much time do I need to get my money and that lost time back?
