I applied and was contacted by the respiratory therapy recruiter. She was helpful with information that day but lacked follow up and follow through afterwards. If AdventHealth locations have a challenge with hiring RTs, you may consider part of the problem is the recruiter. There are many opportunities for RTs. A recruiter who is actively pursuing and responsive to an interviewee will be a place we want to work at.

Recruiter called to say they would book an appointment with the hiring manager after the initial phone screen. I did not hear back. I tried emailing and calling , no response .
