Interview
Two phone interviews and one in person. The process for me was real fast and my two phone interviews were two days a part with the in person interview the following week. In the in person interview you get to talk to a senior consultant and 3 other analyst with at least a year experience in the company. The senior consultant conducts a presentation about the company and what they do. You then start the interview with 2 senior consultant.
The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Accenture in Jun 2010
Interview
I was called for a screening interview, which naturally went great (they usually do- no biggie). The phone interview consisted fo 3-4 questions. The answers needed to be broken up into the SMART format. The questions themselves were super long..not difficult, do-able. My only piece of advice is to ASK to repeat the questions.. you can get under a lot of stress if you try to remember or if your notes are a mess.
Did they get back to me? Not for another 3-4 weeks. It was an unprofessional decline. The last interview would have been in person and most likely would have consisted of meeting the team and possibly a presentation.
