I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Accenture in Mar 2018
Interview
The interview was thorough and very straight forward. The main thing that was they really wanted to know how well you knew your information. If you were thorough in your knowledge, it went a long way in the process.
Half-day, short and concise. Cool VR segment. Took turns to do different bits. VR part was the most interesting. No group exercises.
There was a paired exercise and the rest were individual. Done by 12pm.
Assessment was done at the East London office - Plantation place.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Accenture (New York, NY) in Dec 2018
Interview
First, HR sends me an email and we had a good talk. She was 2 hours late for her call. Her initial is JAW. Then she set me up for a phone interview with a director. That was basic behavioral questions and discussion about consulting life. The interview went very well. I took the interview during my final weeks and had to work very hard to prepare for this and my exams. Its been almost two months and I still do not know the results. I tried my best to reach the recruiter and she ignored all my texts and emails. There is no appreciation of my time and effort. So dont waste your time with this company.
