Tell me about a time when you overcame a problem within a group?
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Accenture (Chicago, IL) in Sep 2020
Interview
Was referred to the company through a friend, then had a 45 min phone call with a recruiter. She was very nice but english was her second language so there was definitely a communication barrier. Asked general behavioral questions about experiences and we ran through my resume. She had me rank each of my skills listed on my resume which I thought was strange. Got denied about 3 weeks later.
It was a screen interview that was about 30 minutes. They asked questions about my resume, behavioral, and other general information. It felt more like a survey than a conversation, but the recruiter was nice.
