Interview
Short and sweet. The interview was done via skype. One negative thing that I can comment on was the instructions were pretty confusing. After I passed the interview, the evaluator referred my to my assigned TM (Tutor Manager) and Trainer. She also gave me my account name and password. Once I logged in into their site, the system assigned me to a different Trainer and TM. Pretty much went downhill from that.
