Firstly the recruiter was more than an half hour late, like we have time to waist, and after that it was me and three other girls in the interview, one of them didn't show up at all, smart girl, so there were only three of us in a conversation, and in the beginning the recruiter asked us to turn on our videos, and share screen as well, but she didn't want to turn her video on. After one of the girls didn't know how to share a screen, and she tried to explain to her, not in very good way, because this recruiter English skills are so bad, I honestly don't know how someone who's not familiar with the grammar, pronunciation and writing and reading skills, or anyone who's not near-native or native speaker could work as an recruiter, but that's another thing, so after the third time trying to explain how to share screen and the teacher still didn't know she raised her voice and started yelling, and you could hear on her voice that she was frustrated which is not a good thing, if you work as an teacher or teacher recruiter, you need to have patience and need to stay calm in a lot of different situations, and quickly after that, she asked that teacher to leave our call, even tough she could share her screen and just show her, and after that we proceeded, finally, so next thing after sharing a screen you need to do is speed test, so I passed speed test as well, but the other teacher didn't acquire needed requirements, after that each of us got a one picture to describe in her on personal opinion, and after that we had like a test, 2 grammar related questions, when we finished, the recruiter said she's gonna call us in a few minutes in a separate calls, and tell us did we pass or not. I passed so, I got a demo class, length 5 mins??, and all she told about the class is that lesson subject is ''Family Tree'', and when I asked about materials she said: ''You're on your own now..'' .. so basically I needed to do 5 minutes demo class on a subject which is complex as Family Tree, nor she provided me with an any kind of student information, no students gender, nor age, or level of English proficiency.. so I basically knew nothing, and I prepared some short material, just a definition of an family tree, and something about charts, differences and one picture example of an family tree so the student could know what am I talking about, so she pretended to be entry level student, and even though I simplified every sentence for her in our chat box, and answered all her questions nicely and correct and as simple as I could think of in a moment, of course, because I didn't got any materials for my demo, she basically gave me the subject and called me in 5 mins.. And after 5 minutes she said that my level of English proficiency is to ''high'' to be a kids teacher, even I provided her with an simplified examples of an definitions.
