Basically you fill out an application and then get an email to schedule a time for an interview. Then the interviewer will ask you to provide answers on skype text. Then you’ll video chat for the interview. In the interview, they’ll ask about where you’re from and experience.
This is where I started having a bad outlook. The interviewer was rude, and was talking to me in a demeaning way. The website says you don’t need experience to teach but the interviewer told me I needed professional experience tutoring adults, even though I had experience teaching kids. I also have my TESOL. He c however pointed out small things that are easily fished, such as my headphones not having extendable mic and that my background was “too plain.” Website says nothing about this. I talked to other people working for them, they were hired spot on, no degree nor experience. I don’t know if it’s because I’m not white or that guy was in a bad mood, but I’m severely angered by how unprofessional the interviewer acted. He kept grunting in response randomly and never let me finish my sentences.
