It was ok kinda long. Lots of waiting for responses. had to wait awhile for any answers. The process got better when I got a new contact. Once that happened it was much faster
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at AT&T (Jacksonville, FL) in Mar 2022
Interview
The interview process was straightforward and felt very laid back. If you have any personality and an ability to politely talk to people you pretty much can guarantee yourself a job. I only talked to the store manager. My exit interview was also very laid back. They ask what could have been better.

Question 1
How are you able to convince someone who has two kids to add cases to their phones?
Very informative and thorough, took time to get to know me before the questions and asked behavioral questions about my background, interests, and why I chose the company. As a freshman in college, this was a great introduction to the world of internships and interviews I could expect.
