Everything went really well and I was waiting for the offer til I got an automated rejection email on Saturday morning at 3:44am without any explanation!! No respond from neither recruiter nor hiring managers. Just and automated rejection after waiting for 3weeks!!!

The store managers do not set up the interviews, they get set up at the corporate level and the info gets sent to the store managers. You interview at the store and then you will receive a call from a recruiter if you got the job.
